2025 PLAYER OPTIONS

Join us on Friday, August 8th, 2025 for a fun day and for a great cause at Oak Glen Golf Course in Stillwater!  Sign up a team to participate. Online registration will open on May 1st, 2025 at 9:00am.
        
Player Options
(1) Morning 18 Hole 4-Person Scramble Tournament at Oak Glen:

  • Cost: $540 per TEAM, ($135/person) includes 18 holes of golf at Oak Glen, riding cart, range balls, lunch and prizes.

  • 6:30-7:15AM - Player Check-In

  • 7:30 - Shotgun start

  • 12:30 - Afternoon Ceremony

  • 1:10 – Box lunch served and prizes awarded

                                  
(2) Afternoon 18 Hole 4-Person Scramble Tournament at Oak Glen Golf Course

  • Cost: $640 per TEAM ($160/person) includes 18 holes of golf at Oak Glen, riding cart, range balls, dinner and prizes.

  • 11:30AM-12:15PM - Player Check-In

  • 12:30 - Afternoon Ceremony

  • 1:00 - Shotgun start

  • 5:30 - Silent Auction opens

  • 6:30 - Dinner banquet and prizes awarded / auction closes after dinner

               
Dinner Banquet (upstairs at Oak Glen Clubhouse) Details: 

  • Cost: $30 per dinner plate.

    • NOTE: Dinner is included for golfers who are playing in the afternoon golf round

  • 5:30 - Auction opens

  • 6:30 - Dinner banquet and prizes awarded / auction closes after dinner
