2025 Sponsorship opportunities

Main Sponsorship - $10,000 (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time)

  • Recognition as the main sponsor on all promo materials, website, Press Releases and media coverage. Signage at the event including 2 - 15’ teardrops. Includes (2) afternoon 4-some golf teams.

Afternoon Presenting Sponsor - $5,000 (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time) - SOLD OUT - TENA Companies, Inc.

  • Recognition as a presenting sponsor on all promo materials and website. Signage at the event including 1 - 15’ teardrops. Includes (1) 4-some team in the afternoon round at Oak Glen.

Morning Presenting Sponsor - $4,000 (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time)

  • Recognition as a presenting sponsor on all promo materials and website. Signage at the event including 1 - 15’ teardrops. Includes (1) 4-some team in the Morning round at Oak Glen.

Ceremonial Sponsor - $2,500 (1 available) (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time)

  • The centerpiece of this sponsorship is the flyover featuring the iconic missing man formation, a solemn tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The formation streaks across the sky, leaving a symbolic gap in its wake. Additionally, this sponsorship covers the bagpiper during the Afternoon opening ceremony. Sponsorship signage included.

Dinner Banquet Sponsorship - $1,250 (1 available) (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time)

  • Includes four dinner plates, space for company promo materials in the clubhouse, and signage at the event.

Putting Green Sponsorship - $500 (1 available) (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time) - SOLD OUT - First Bank & Trust

  • Includes signage display, along with the option for your company to set up a table on the practice Putting Green, should you wish to do so.

Beverage Cart Sponsorship - $500 (2 available) (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time) - SOLD OUT - Kuffel, ServiceMaster by Andert

  • Includes signage on a course Beverage cart that circulates throughout the day.

Booze Barrow - $400 (4 available) (Registration must be received by July 21st in order for the signage order to be placed on time)

  • Includes signage on a wheelbarrow of booze which will be raffled off to the golfers the day of the event.

Hole Sponsorship - $300 (Registration must be received by July 25th in order for the signage order to be placed on time)

  • The sponsorship package encompasses signage visibility during both morning and afternoon rounds on the driving range, as well as at your designated hole. Additionally, your company has the opportunity to set up a table at the hole, should you choose to do so.

Sponsor a Soldier - $160

  • Purchase a round of golf and dinner for a member of Bryan's military group who served in Iraq.

Golf Balls Sponsorship - (Must be received by July 10th in order for order to be placed on time)

  • Payment for this sponsorship provides the American Heroes Golf logo balls for the golfers (250 needed).

  • There are 2 options available for this sponsorship:

    Option 1: The purchaser will pay American Heroes Golf Classic for the logo'ed American Heroes Golf balls, and tees for the golfers. The committee will be responsible for ordering the product once this sponsorship payment has been received and will have the American Heroes Golf Classic logo on the ball.

    Option 2: The purchaser will be responsible for arranging and obtaining through the vendor of their choosing the logo'ed American Heroes Golf balls, and tees for the golfers. No payment will be made to American Heroes, but instead payment will be made directly to the vendor this sponsor chooses to produce the product. The golf balls and tees will need to be delivered to the American Heroes committee no later than July 25th. If you would like this option, please send an email to Support@AmericanHeroesGolf.com.

  • Recognition as sponsor on all promo materials, and website, including signage. American Heroes will contract with the vendor after the sponsorship has been received so the sponsor is NOT responsible for providing the actual product.

Volunteer Shirts - product donation

  • This sponsor will provide our Volunteers with T-Shirts for the day of the event.

  • Recognition as sponsor on all promo materials, and website, including signage.


Silent Auction & Prize Donations (Unlimited) 

  • Name displayed at auction on bid sheets where applicable. Please complete this form (exactly as you'd like your information displayed) and follow the delivery instructions to provide a product or service donation.

    • With the limited space and overall complexity of the event, we are asking for Gift Card/Certificates if possible and if a physical product donation for the Silent Auction, we ask that it be valued at $100 or more per individual item.
